Llanfair Gate Toll House, Anglesey

Point Lynas Lighthouse

An unusual lighthouse in the form of a castellated house, originally where the Liverpool pilots were stationed.


Skerries Lighthouse

An early lighthouse, the last privately owned and bought by Trinity House, and a particularly important navigation beacon. The adjacent cottage is probably the oldest surviving purpose-built lighthouse keeper's accommodation in the world, dated about 1717.

South Stack Lighthouse

This spectacular lighthouse can be approached on foot across a bridge over a narrow channel and is open to the public on certain days.
